OBJECTIVE
Develop an eCommerce system that will allow the current custom phone and catalog order taking process to be moved onto the web, thus reducing the number of representatives and man hours necessary to take and fulfill orders.
SOLUTION
A system was developed that allows the user to create their own custom order for postcards online. It allows them to provide all of the necessary personal information and graphics as well as pay for the product online using their credit card. An administrative tool was built to manage and fulfill the custom orders online, as well as manage the customer database and mailing list.
