Red Hook Logisitics Center had solved one of modern logistics’ greatest conundrums — how to quickly deliver packages to a massive consumer base in dense urban areas, where there wasn’t space for the sprawling warehouses the industry typically used. The answer? Build up, not out — a multi-story, Class A logistics facility that combined sweeping square footage and scalability with the right-there proximity of a Brooklyn waterfront location. The future of logistics was here — now we had to get the message out: the fastest way to deliver is right off the Hook.

However you parse it, the message is the same: now, logistics companies can ship to all of New York, from right off the Hook.
